The octopus and the turtle are two sea animals steeped in Hawaiian legend and importance. They are often times thought of as opposites — the octopus as the pursuer or the turtle as the avoider. Motifs of this dynamic relationship are interwoven across our polynosic crosshatch fabric, which combines the softness of rayon with the durability and wrinkle-resistance of polyester. The subtle overprint 'crosshatch' pattern slightly mutes the colors and gives the fabric a textured appearance.
